Shipping & Handling 

• Shipping is via UPS or the United States Postal Service.

• Rates are based on the weight and size of the package. Shipping is via UPS or USPS.

• We attempt to ship your order using the fastest, most cost-effective method.

• Shipments generally go out within one to three days.

 We may occasionally run short on an item (particularly yardage) or have an item simultaneously purchased online and in the store.

 If this occurs with your order, we will call or email to offer options to remedy the situation to your satisfaction.

Returns 

To return an item for any reason within 30 days of receipt of merchandise simply contact us by phone or via e-mail at help@sewezr.com and explain your situation. 

 We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label, along with instructions on returning your purchase. 

• Unopened Merchandise may be exchanged or refunded. "Unopened" means that the contents have not been removed from the packaging, and all factory seals are unbroken.

• Opened Merchandise Opened merchandise may be returned for a refund less a 15% restocking fee for all items, providing merchandise is returned in its original factory carton, undamaged, with packing, warranty card, instruction manual, and all included accessories. You will be charged extra for any missing or damaged items upon return.

• Shipping is non-refundable.

Non-returnable Items: 

• Opened software including embroidery designs

• Electronic software downloads

• Any Fabric product

• All sewing cabinets, cutting tables, cabinets inserts, and quilting table extensions

• Sew Steady extension tables

• Any item without original packaging

• Special-order merchandise

• Any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable

Defective Merchandise: 

If you receive an item that is defective, notify us of the problem to arrange for a repair, replacement, or item exchange. 

 Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will process your refund or apply the balance to store credit, at your convenience.

 Credit or debit transactions automatically refund to the card originally used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 days for the credit to appear in your account.

• Check or cash transactions will be issued by check.

• Check payments will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase.

 Please note: Your receipt is critical to issuing your refund. We only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
