Colored squares - Can use a 5” charm pack and 2 ½” jelly roll strips of MATCHING
fabrics.
Can use yardage, width of fabric (WOF) at around 6”. This will be cut in class to get
both the squares and strips needed. Same number needed as 2 ½” strips listed.
Background – don’t forget the yardage needed for the background!
Sewing Machine including necessary accessories, like the electrical cord.
Basic Sewing Supplies
Neutral cotton thread that blends with your fabrics
Straight pins, small scissors, seam ripper, etc.
Other notions you enjoy using when piecing a quilt
Rotary Cutter 45 mm or 60 mm with extra blades
Must be able to manually cover and expose the blade
Cutting Mat (do not leave in a hot car or environment) Optional – can use the ones in the store
Beverage, snacks and lunch – Optional but you will be happy you did
